Hispaplasti has grown continuously throughout all these years and in 2006 opened a new, modern thermoplastic-parts production centre to supply mainly the automotive industry. State-of-the-art technological means, combined with an expert and professional team, enable us to carry on improving continuously to offer our customers quality, service and maximum satisfaction.

Our 5,000 m2 plant, located in the Parque Empresarial de Pereiro de Aguiar, Ourense, is equipped with 16 injection machines with 125 to 2,300 tonnes of closing pressure. These machines are equipped with robotic extraction of parts, centralised, automated installations for the treatment and transport of raw material, a closed and controlled cooling system, as well as other complementary and necessary means for the production of injection-moulded thermoplastic parts with a range of functional finishes

We incorporate our own automation and assembly developments into our industrial processes, as well as our experience and high qualifications, enabling us to deliver final products that are not only injected parts but also parts with a range of finishes:
